A session can give you the strength to make the change you are longing for.





Your needs 
The aim is always to support and guide you to get in better contact with yourself, which in my experience is the most important basis for making the changes in your life you desire. If necessary, we set some goals that will help you in the process of change.

For example, some clients have a desire for more structure in their lifes, while others are in the need of something else, such as the "permission" to relax and not have to perform/deliver all the time. 

Whatever the reason is for the session, there is no right or wrong, and no answers of what should happen during a session. Your experience is the most important part, thereby forming the session and your development. Each session therefore becomes unique. 

Coaching tools 
I support you with different tools that will facilitate your exploration of yourself. In addition to talk, a coaching session can also contain various other elements. 

For example, the session can start with a short meditation. This to get your focus more on the present, where you are in life and what you want and are longing for. During or after the meditation, thoughts and/or feelings can emerge, some more or less unexpectedly, which can give you more clarity and understanding. 

We can also work with mental images and symbols, creative painting, additional guided meditations and/or physical exercises. 

Outcomes 
My clients experience that life coaching helps them to get in contact with a diversity of opportunities and strengths they did not know they were in possession of. These experiences have for example given them the confidence and strength to follow their own will and truth.
